HomeLink Computer Services has created a searchable and exportable database derived from the information that an agent would gather on the registration sheet written up for a potential homebuyer. From the exportable data, agents can create mail merges to send out brochures etc. about their communities. In addition, automated reports are generated from the database that are emailed to those designated to receive them (marketing staff, builders, etc.). Other major features of this product include:


  • The capability for tracking multiple communities simultaneously
  • The data fields can be customized to for the individual builder's needs
  • The system can be accessed, for either review or data entry, with any Internet connection

Click here to see the Demo version of this product. Once inside the site, if you click on 'Add', you can simply look at the various fields that are available for the 'Personal Information' page. After you are finished looking at that page, scroll to the bottom and hit 'Save'. This will take you to the 'Fill/Edit or Review' page where you can choose another information page to preview. You won't be able to add any data, but you can preview each of the pages and, by hitting the 'Save' button at the bottom of each screen, be taken back to the listing on the 'Fill/Edit or Review' page. Once you have completed looking at it, you can hit the 'Home' button and it will take you back to the initial Online Client Tracking screen. In the working version that we have sold, our clients can search for prospective homeowners they have already added in order to add more information on that client.
