Carol Dick and I want to let you know how much your e-flyers have helped us.

As you know, in the "old days" agents had to drive all over creation to deliver flyers. Now all we have to do is have you send them out over the Internet and we reach thousands more people than we could have hoped to reach our way.

I have been very slow to accept this new way - but I am sold on it now!

Every time that we have a Realtor event we have agents from areas of Metropolitan Atlanta that we would have never reached before. Our current community is located in East Cobb County. The events that have been promoted with e-flyers have been attended by agents from extreme North Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett and Cherokee Counties. Unheard of in the past because we would not have contacted them through a local print delivery service since we determined that they were not in our "area". How quickly we have learned that where an agents works is not necessarily where the buyers want to live. This becomes more apparent every day and these e-flyers have certainly proven this point to us.

When we ask the agents where they heard about us at the events we think that as many as 40% came from the e-flyer. When we travel around to offices and talk about Lassiter Walk we almost always have someone (or more) say "Oh yes, I know about you. I received the e-flyer".

Our Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has stated that she has been amazed at how many people tell her that they found the event through the e-flyers that you sent for Homes by Williamscraft.

Thank you for making what used to be an all day job of delivering flyers a non existent job today. The time saved leaves us time to do our "real job" - Selling Homes.
