These are simply screen shots (with a fictitious logo replacing our client’s) from the system that we created for one of our new home builder clients using Microsoft Access™. On the first screen shot below, you can click on the ‘Customer Setup’, ‘Claim Maintenance’ or ‘Reports’ buttons to move between the screen shots. In the same way, on the "Reports" screen shot, you can click on ‘Open Claims’ or the ‘Open Customer Contacts’ buttons. With our idea of making a similar customizable system web based, we can have the system deliver weekly emailed reports (as does our Microsoft Access™: see www.homelinkcs.com/demo.) of outstanding claims that are under warranty.
