Routinely we check on the status of the WordPress Core Files, WordPress Theme Files and WordPress Plugins of every hosted WordPress website to make sure everything is up to date. This helps insure the websites are running smoothly and are not susceptible to vulnerabilities often exploited by hackers. For email services, we recommend Gmail or Proton mail.
